How does it work?
Once you have successfully linked Eurofaktura and WooCommerce, the add-on will automatically process invoicing for incoming orders.
- 1. Make an order in the online store
The add-on creates a new customer contact based on the customer data. The data is synchronized in both Eurofaktura and WooCommerce. For example, if you make changes to the customer data in your Eurofaktura account, the customer data will also be modified in WooCommerce.
- 2. Invocing
Eurofaktura automatically generates a PDF invoice based on the order received in your e-shop. Using the settings, you can define exactly when the invoice should be issued for each payment method. You can view the invoice both in WooCommerce customer data and in the invoice overview in Eurofaktura.
- 3. Email to customers
The Eurofaktura will (depending on the configuration) be sent directly to the customer contact, either as an attachment to your confirmation email or as a separate email from your Eurofaktura account.
- 4. Sending the order
The add-on also creates a delivery note that you can attach to the goods. You can access the delivery note in your WooCommerce customer data.
By installing a plugin for your WooCommerce store, you can completely automate invoicing. For each accepted order, the extension automatically generates a new customer contact in your Eurofaktura account. 2. Install the Eurofaktura plugin
Move the installation file to the “/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-Eurofaktura” directory or install it using WordPress Plugin Management. Then activate the Eurofaktura plugin in your e-shop via the plugin page.
3. Connect your store with Eurofaktura
If you have successfully installed the plugin, all you need to do is connect your WooCommerce store to your Eurofaktura account. You can access the corresponding input mask via WooCommerce > Settings > Euroinvoice. Enter your Eurofaktura account ID here and enter your API key. Then click Save Changes to establish a connection between Eurofaktur and WooCommerce.
